The Role

As a Front End Developer at Fanmiles, you will be working on the bleeding edge of the Sports & Entertainment Engagement industry. In this Front End Developer role, you will work closely with both designers and backend engineers as part of a small & agile team. You will develop responsive web applications using various JavaScript frameworks and constantly seek out and share front end best practices with other team members. In order to continue enhancing a state-of-the-art product, we are looking for the type of candidate who can work efficiently and comfortably in both individual and multi-cultural environments.This position reports directly to the CTO of Fanmiles.


  • 3-5 years of professional work experience.
  • Strong personal bias towards getting results and a mobile first approach.
  • Significant experience with JavaScript (and frameworks like React, Angular, Semantic, HTML5, CSS3 & a CSS processor of your choice).
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Clear understanding of Server Side JavaScript and more than comfortable working with it.
  • Self awareness and a constant desire to improve your skills.
  • Fearless in your pursuit of innovation and creativity. Open to sharing and receiving constructive criticism in order to accomplish aggressive goals.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with teams across the organization and with varying levels of technical understanding.
  • Experience with ECMA6 JavaScript and DevOps (Continuous Integration) is a MAJOR plus!

The Role:

The Backend Developer is responsible for developing the backend of Fanmiles' cutting edge Web and Mobile products, and architecture. In this role you will be expected to excel at working within an agile team. We trust our developers to self-organize and thrive within an energetic (the Mate helps) and inclusive environment. This role reports directly to the Chief Technical Officer of Fanmiles.


  • 4+ years of experience working on Backend systems.
  • Genuinely enjoy working with JavaScript and Node.JS
  • Proven work experience with MongoDB and ElasticSearch.
  • Fluency in English and keen interest in working within a multicultural workplace.
  • Knowledgeable of infrastructure principles and AWS

About the Role

Working closely with the Creative Director and Partner Management teams, this is the ideal position for a talented Graphic Designer who enjoys the challenge of creating beautiful work in an energetic and fast paced environment. This position reports directly to the Director of Creative.


  • Degree in Graphic Design or closely related field.
  • A keen eye for art direction + comfortable coming up with your own ideas and executing independently.
  • Superior Photoshop skills, and understand of Indesign and Illustrator.
  • Understanding of fundamental photography principles.
  • 1-2 year of relevant work experience & examples of past work.
  • Able to stay cool under pressure within tight deadlines.
  • Highly motivated to work in a startup environment with significant upward mobility potential.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Fanmiles Operations and Finance team as we develop and maintain critically important internal processes to continue our growth. The Operations Trainee will be responsible for working with the fan rewards team on a daily basis. As a Trainee in our fast-moving startup environment, you will be challenged to maximize the efficiency of how we research, purchase, and distribute valuable and relevant rewards and experiences to the fans of our platform. This position reports directly to the head of Operations and Finance.
